DYNAMIC STATIC POLE COMBOS
Are you ready to upgrade your static pole game? In this workshop we will learn all the basics of spinning on static pole. We will then use these techniques to build more complex dynamic flows, includíng some basic flips and drops. It’s all about giving your static pole combos more texture and learning skills that will impress your audience. Jenny is going to provide progressions for different levels here, so that everyone will be challenged but will also have the chance to succeed.

SENSUAL HEELS CHOREO
Unleash your inner sexy! In this workshop we will learn an accentuated, but slow paced sensual choreography with many details to play with. We will focus on musicality, fluidity, and feeling the ’sexy morning‘ vibe. Jenny will also include some of her basic level signature tricks and give progressions for different levels, so that everyone can enjoy this class.
Requirements: Although this is an open level class, students should have some beginner experience in dancing with heels.
