Nachdem Daphne Lux ihre Workshops im Februar leider absagen musste kommt sie nun im Juli für 2 Gastklassen endlich nach Berlin ♥♥♥ In den letzten 3 Jahren ist sie immer wieder durch die Welt gereist, um auf Turnieren teilzunehmen und Workshops zu geben. Jedes Mal haut sie ihr Publikum und die Jury mit ihrem einzigartigen Exotic Stil und ihren ultra-flexy Pole Tricks aufs Neue um und nimmt dabei immer wieder neue Trophäen und Preise mit nach Hause! Wir sind unglaublich stolz, sie bei ihrem Aufenthalt in Berlin in unserem Studio begrüßen zu dürfen.

EXOTIC FLOW

Learn an exotic pole routine in Daphne’s signature style. The focus will be on flowing around the pole and reacting to the music. In this workshop we will work on fluidity and control while dancing. Warmup will be focused on flexibility. There will be a mixture of pole work and floor work in the routine – e.g. shoulder rolls, shoulder stands, static spins.

1.5 hrs – suitable for INT and above – bring kneepads / socks.

EXOTIC TRICKS

Learn exotic tricks (floor and pole) that you can put into your own routines & wow your audience! Tricks taught will
depend on the level of the students, but modifications and progressions will be offered for those who need it e.g. knee kips, handstand transitions with the pole, fish flops, shoulder stands & many more. Warmup will be focused on strength & conditioning.

1.5 hrs – suitable for INT/ADV – must be able to hold a solid handstand against a wall/pole.
