SPINNING POLE COMBOS (INT/ADV)

For the love of spinny pole ? In this workshop we will learn some flow combinations and beautiful shapes on spinny pole. We will also focus on different ways to connect spinny pole with the floor. This workshop is suitable for Level 2, Level 3 and Level 4 students

CONTEMPORARY POLE CHOREO (OPEN LEVEL)

This workshop is focused on connecting polework with floorwork in Anna’s signature contemporary style. Get ready to feel into the music and express your feelings through movement. All levels welcome!
