Don’t we all love a good old 90s R&B anthem? With a remix of the iconic song “Pony”, Tonya is bringing back her signature choreography that cAtivated the audience during our last Show Night in May.

In this all levels Heels Workshop, Tonya will guide you through her unique choreography combining, sensuality, elegance and confidence. Expect a beautiful constrast of melting, fluid movemets, sharp accents and powerful moments that allow you to explore different textures and expressions in your dancing.

Prerequisites: At least 6 months experience in dancing in Pole Heels

Get ready to explore a whole new way of interacting with the pole. By adding a strap to your pole, you’ll discover new possibilities for movement, shapes, transitions, and creative exploration.

In this workshop, Tonya will guide you through interesting skills and playful transitions, helping you understand how this new tool can expand your existing pole vocabulary.

Prerequisites: at least Pole Dance Level 2
