COURSE DESCRIPTION
Do you want to know how to move sensually and aesthetically in those damn high heels? Do you want to dance choreographies that are both powerful and sexy? Then our HEELS POLE class is the right place for you! Here we dance on static pole and very close to the floor to hot music. Bring your high heels and knee pads and get ready for sexy bodywaves, flowing legwork and lots of fun!
TIMES:
Tuesdays, 8:40 - 9:40 p.m.
Donnerstags, 18:30 – 19:30 Uhr
Fridays, 7:35 - 8:35 p.m.
Saturdays, 11:30 - 12:30 p.m.

IMPORTANT:
You should have attended the POLE DANCE LEVEL 1 class at least 6 times before taking part. You should also be able to perform a chair spin and master a simple shoulder roll.
