Oldschool style thrives on fluid, sensual movements and a captivating allure We play with bodywaves, pirouettes, floorwork, and hair flicks, keeping the focus on the base of the pole. We can work on individual moves & combos or dive into a full choreograhy.

PREREQUISITES: All levels welcome! A minimum of 3 months experience dancing in heels is recommended.

WHAT TO BRING: knee pads, Heels (optional, alternatively you can also bring socks)

STRIPPERELLA

We'll swap the glass slippers for a pair of heels and dive into a stripper style choreography filled with floor elements. Throughout the session, we'll focus on the art of teasing while also shedding some layers...

PREREQUISITES: All levels welcome! A confident shoulderroll helps to enjoy the workshop to the fullest.

WHAT TO BRING: An easily removable outfit, panties over your underwear, knee pads, Heels (optional, alternatively you can also bring socks)
