COURSE DESCRIPTION
You still feel a bit stiff when dancing around the pole and want to increase your flexibility in all directions? Or are you already flexible but want to take your skills to the next level? Then our flexibility classes are just right for you! With effective stretching and mobility training, you'll soon feel like you can master flexible movements more easily. Our active and passive stretching methods also help you to prevent injuries and relieve tension in your muscles and joints. Our class programme includes the following classes:
Full Body Stretch
