HEEL DOUBLE | 11:30 AM with Lilli & Steffi
Bring your pole bestie or find a new heels buddy and let's dance together to a trap version of The Nutcracker. In this workshop, Lilli and Steffi will teach you cool double tricks and transitions in heels. These can be adapted to different levels before being combined into a flowing symmetrical choreo. The workshop can be attended by all participants who have at least 2 months of Heels Pole experience.

CHAIR DANCE | 1:30 PM with Lilli
What would the Christmas season be without the song “Santa Baby”? In our chair dance workshop, we will learn a choreography to the sexy Christmas classic par excellence. We combine playful dance elements with sensual floorwork and light acrobatic moves on the chair. This workshop is suitable for anyone who has already attended a few dance or pole dance classes, and offers you the perfect opportunity to improve your skills off the pole. Of course, the fun and sexiness factor will not be overlooked!

LOW FLOW CHOREO | 3:30 PM with Anna
Let's get low! This workshop is all about creative acrobatic elements and flowing transitions close to the floor. Our power house Anna teaches exciting combos that combine handstands and elbow stands with spins, transitions and floorwork. At the end, everything is embedded in a beautiful choreography. The focus of this workshop is on technique as well as expression and flow. Participants should have already attended Pole Dance Level 2 and feel confident in inverts and hand and elbow stands.

LYRICAL POLE | 5:30 PM with Anna
In this workshop, our soul is made to fly. In Lyrical Pole you will learn a slow, lyrical choreography to the Christmas classic “Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas”. Flowing dance movements merge with simple pole moves to create a magical choreography full of elegance and emotion. A magical workshop for every level (beginner experience is required), in which we take our elegance and expression to the next level.
