Important: Please note that all of our class credits have an expiration date:

•  Starter Pakete verfallen nach einer term of 45 days
•  Andere Kurspakete und Drop-In-Kurse verfallen nach einer term of 4 months
•  Mitgliedsguthaben muss within one month .

An extension of the term after credits have already been used is generally not possible.

Exceptions are only made in the case of sports incapacity and presentation of a medical certificate. In this case, the term extension must be requested by email before the credits expire.

Cancellation Policy

You have the right to revoke your purchase with us, within 2 weeks without giving any reason.

The revocation period is 14 days from receipt of this email. It is sufficient if your revocation is sent within this period, regardless of when we receive it.

To exercise your revocation, you must inform us (Muse Pole Dance, Inh. Lilli Däschle, Alte Jakobstr. 76, 10179 Berlin), by means of a clear declaration of your decision to withdraw, in writing by email to team@musepoledance.de .
