1. Scope of the Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (T&C) are binding for all visitors and participants of Muse Pole Dance unless otherwise agreed in individual cases.
2. Registration
Registration for regularly scheduled classes is carried out exclusively online via the booking system at www.musepoledance.de/bookings and only upon prepayment of the class fee. For on-site, written, or telephone registrations, participants must already have an account in our booking system.
3. Prices
The prices valid at the time of purchasing a class package or membership apply. All prices include the legally applicable VAT.
Muse Pole Dance reserves the right to adjust its prices. Price changes will be communicated in writing and in advance to all customers registered in the booking system and displayed on studio notice boards. If membership fees for existing members increase, these members have the right to cancel their membership with immediate effect. Price changes during the minimum contract term are excluded.
4. Payment
The class fee must be paid in full and without deduction at the time of registration. Registration alone does not entitle the participant to attend if payment is not received on time.
Payments for classes are generally made via the online shop, where various payment options are available. Single classes and class packages may also be purchased at the studio during front desk service hours. On-site payment is possible in cash or by card. Bank transfers or PayPal payments are only accepted in exceptional cases.
Membership fees are charged on the credit renewal date via the payment method selected at the time of contract conclusion. If a payment fails for reasons beyond the control of Muse Pole Dance (e.g., insufficient funds), another attempt will be made in the following days. Any bank fees incurred due to failed transactions may be charged to the member.
When purchasing class credit via the online shop, participants will be informed by email of their 14-day right of withdrawal. Withdrawals must be submitted in writing. A withdrawal is no longer possible if at least one class has already been attended using the purchased credit—even if the withdrawal period has not expired.
Partially used class packages or commenced memberships cannot be refunded fully or partially, even if important reasons arise.
5. Participation
Unless otherwise stated, participation in classes and events at Muse Pole Dance is permitted from the age of 16. Participants under 18 must present written consent from a legal guardian before attending.
If a participant arrives more than 10 minutes after class start, participation will be refused for safety reasons. The full class fee will be charged.
Registered classes, class packages, and memberships are personal and non-transferable.
6. Cancellation
Cancellations for booked classes must be submitted either through the booking system or in writing via email to team@musepoledance.de. team@musepoledance.de mitgeteilt werden.
Cancellations are free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of the class. Refunds are issued as class credit to the customer’s account. For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class or in case of a no show, the class credit can only be refunded in the event of illness and upon submission of a medical certificate in writing. The class must still be cancelled before it begins. A medical certificate must be submitted no later than 30 days after the class date.
Cancellations after the class has started will not be accepted – even with a medical certificate.
7. Membership Contracts
By signing a membership contract, customers are entitled, upon advance payment of the monthly fee, to attend a specified number of classes per month. The number varies depending on the chosen plan. Classes may be booked up to 6 weeks in advance. Unused class credits expire at the end of the month.
The minimum contract period is 6 months. Cancellation before the end of the minimum period is not permitted. During the minimum period, a change to a higher contract is possible; after the minimum period, changes to lower contracts are allowed. Each contract change starts a new minimum contract period.
Memberships may be paused for up to 2 months per contract year without providing a reason. Pausing is done on a monthly basis and must be communicated in writing no later than 3 days before the next credit recharge. The minimum contract period will be extended accordingly. During a paused month, membership credits may not be used. For partial usage during a paused month, separate class packages or single classes must be purchased. Members receive a 15% membership discount on additional class packages or single classes.
If the contract is not cancelled at least one month before the end of the minimum period, it renews for an indefinite term. After this point, it may be cancelled with one month’s notice. After the end of the contract, members have 4 weeks to use any remaining credits; thereafter, all remaining credits expire.
8. Medically Certified Absences
In cases of illness lasting longer than one week, a medical certificate may be submitted. Provided the certificate is not older than one week, Muse Pole Dance may extend the validity of all class packages by the corresponding number of sick days.
For memberships, the membership may be paused on a monthly basis even if the regular pause allowance has already been used. Alternatively, any credits expiring during the illness may be reissued in a separate class package with a 4-month validity period.
Partial participation in a class does not entitle the customer to a reduction in payment – including for health-related reasons – unless the issue is attributable to Muse Pole Dance.
9. Changes by the Studio
Schedule changes may occur at any time. New schedules will be communicated in advance via the website and social media.
Short-term changes (e.g., substitute instructors) will be communicated via email and in the booking system and do not entitle participants to refunds.
Class cancellations will be communicated as soon as possible to all registered participants and refunded as credit. Regular classes take place with a minimum of four participants; if this number is not reached, the class may be canceled.
Muse Pole Dance reserves the right to reduce class offerings or temporarily close the studio on holidays or during vacation periods. This does not entitle participants to refunds. For closures exceeding 10 days, class package validity may be extended.
10. Pole Parties
Registration takes place in writing via email. The booking becomes binding only after payment has been received.
Cancellations are free up to 14 days before the scheduled date. After that, 50% of the fee will be retained. For cancellations less than 24 hours before the event, the full fee will be retained.
Late arrivals reduce the booked party time accordingly; arrivals later than 30 minutes after the scheduled start result in cancellation without refund.
11. Workshops
Workshops are subject to separate terms and conditions, which can be viewed on the respective workshop’s webpage. By booking, participants accept these terms.
12. Gift Vouchers
Muse Pole Dance offers gift vouchers in digital form (PDF) or as a physical voucher card. These may be issued for a monetary value or for a specific class or class package.
All vouchers must be redeemed within 12 months of the purchase date. When a voucher is redeemed for a class or class package, the regular validity period of that package applies from the time of redemption.

All data necessary for operational procedures will be stored and used for business purposes. Consent may be revoked at any time, after which the data will be deleted once business processes are fully completed.

Muse Pole Dance reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions with effect for the future. Upon publication of new terms, older versions become invalid.
