COURSE DESCRIPTION
In the SENSUAL POLE class, we celebrate the sensual side of pole dance. Here, dance movements merge with soft beats, technical floorwork and powerful pole combos. A class for all those who love dancing on spinning pole and want to feel sexy even without heels.

Sundays. 12:50 - 1:50 p.m.

Mercedes (teaches in English & German)
IMPORTANT:
Du solltest vor einer Teilnahme mindestens 6x den POLE DANCE LEVEL 1 Kurs besucht haben. Du solltest dich außerdem auf der Spinning Pole beim Klettern und in Anfänger-Tricks sicher fühlen und eine einfache Schulterrolle ausführen können.
