Please follow to the following hygiene rules at the studio:

• 3G applies again: When checking in at the front desk you have to present proof of complete vaccination, proof of recovery within the last 6 months, or a negative COVID test result from the same day.
• Enter the studio wearing a face mask and keep it on at all areas. You can take the mask off after arriving at your spot inside the studio room, right when the class starts.
• Wash or disinfect your hands right after arriving and before leaving the studio. Disinfect your pole before and after every class.
• Bring your own towel and cover the yoga mat with it during the warm up. Alternatively you can rent a towel at the studio (rental fee: 1 €) or bring your own yoga mat.
